- Nationwide Service: While our laboratory is located in California, we accept compliant hemp samples from clients across the United States.
- DEA Registration: We are actively pursuing DEA registration for hemp testing. Services may expand or change as new certifications are achieved.
- Compliance Requirement: All clients must ensure their hemp samples meet the federal definition of hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill and all applicable state regulations.
3. Client Responsibilities
When submitting a sample for testing, you agree that:
- You possess all necessary licenses and legal rights to submit the sample.
- The sample complies with all relevant federal and state hemp regulations.
- All documentation provided (including labeling, forms, and chain of custody records) is accurate and complete.
PSCA Testing is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in client-provided information.
4. Testing Results and Limitations
- Results apply only to the sample submitted and may not represent the entire batch.
- Reports are intended for informational and compliance purposes only.
- PSCA Testing does not guarantee regulatory acceptance of results in every jurisdiction.
- Use and interpretation of test results are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Prohibited Uses of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to access or disrupt the Site or its systems without authorization
